About 1 in 44 children have been identified with autism spectrum disorder, and about 1 in 6 are diagnosed with a developmental disability. Children with disabilities often seek to earn a driver’s license and specialized instruction may be required for the student to be successful. By achieving credentialing, you can help fill this gap and serve a growing client base.
Driver rehabilitation is not only greatly needed across the country, but also a way to extend the driver education services you already provide. With credentialing through ADED, you will be able to provide specialized instruction services and start helping right away. ADED also offers a path to further your training and earn advanced credentials.
